This hydroponic light system contains a high efficiency metal halide grow light with a 175 watt bulb that emits a well-balanced spectrum of light ideal for maximum chlorophyll absorption for efficient plant growth. Produces 14,000 lumens, a color temperature of 4,200k and gives off more of a blue spectrum which is the best for vegetation.  These grow lights are a perfect addition for indoor gardens specifically those with lettuce and herbs.
