I ordered a 1000 watt grow kit, I received a confirmation and it shipped the same day I ordered it. I was pleased to find every thing I needed to install my lighting system included. After three weeks of operating the MH blub, it seemed to be loosing brightness. I contacted Access and they shipped me a new bulb n/c no questions asked. I'm not even sure the bulb is bad. Definitely a company I will continue to do business with.

Ordered a 400 watt HID system, which had a problem right out of the box, the MH bulb would not light. Sent a email on Sunday, got an email and a phone call on Monday. I was shipped a new MH bulb, but that didn't light either. Called tech support and was shipped a new ballast. Great customer support! I will be a return customer.

I am very pleased with the quality of lights and tent that I received from accesshydroponic.com. This company is great. I ordered an LED light fixture and it didn't work when it got here...probably due to the shipping people...but customer service was great. A guy named Alex is a great guy and sent a new fixture out with no problem. Thanks Alex, your the man. I appreciate it.

We ordered the 1000W HPS/MH light kit,we were very surprised at how inexpensive it was and even more impressed at how amazing the set up worked. We now expanded our room and came back to buy another kit . Highly recommended. They stand by their products!

Had a defect in a tent I ordered. Called them and they offered to replace it right away. Since it wasn't anything too major and I had already set it up. I went in and they gave me some products I needed to make up for the problem . Staff was very friendly and took care of my needs with out any problem. Would reccomend them as a supplier, as they are very helpful.

Cool place. just randomly found this store on Google, while looking for grow lights. found a nice set up package here! got a cool tube and right when i got it one of the lights were cracked and they hooked me up with a new one immediately.... well a couple days, but I'm very satisfied... good spot, will use in the future for any other stuff I might need.

I had a problem in the beginning getting my package but the guys at Access called me got me my package and made sure I was happy. I definitely recommend buying from these guys. The product is good and the customer service is great. I'm a customer for life.

Bernard was so helpful! I purchased a T5 lighting fixture and couldn't be happier. Access had it in stock and I picked it up right here in California. This store has everything you need for such a fair price. I think AccessHydroponic.com has the best deals on the net. Also they just started carrying Advanced Nutrients! I have no intention of shopping anywhere else for my hydro garden. Thanks AccessHydroponic.

Being an amateur, I was unsure of the assembly process. After contacting customer service, Alex responded with a YouTube video created specifically for rookies. Wow, what an outfit. They are quick, accurate and do as they promise! Fast shipping. I had one of my LED lights burn out and they sent out a replacement the same day I called.
I buy a lot of stuff online from tools, theater equip, food and you name it. Access has been to date, about the most reliable and easiest online company to deal with. I give them a "5 star rating!!"

I searched Google for led grow lights and came across Access and saw just what I was looking for. The other great thing is the items were on sale, a real nice savings. Made my order online, short time later Access called to confirm my identity and order. Two days later, box packed like Fort Knox arrived, the lights were at my front door! I appreciated that Access was not only concerned with just fulfilling the order to make a sale, but they wanted to be sure my identity wasn't stolen as well. Excellent doing business with Access, Good People!

Just went to the there warehouse and picked up my tent. I was very satisfied with it considering the price. Just wish it had zipper flaps because some light does seep thru, but not a problem i cant fix. Other than that perfect. Good customer service and phone service. Just step it up on the products with more features and they'll be excellent.

Great experience with this company. I had a question about the lights I purchased and fired off an email. There was no email response, but instead a phone call from customer service…talk about service!!! It was quite nice for them to go out of their way to work with me, especially as a first time customer. This is in addition to their quick shipping. i just purchased the 1000w hps mh hydroponic light system and 2 door grow tent...i must say i was kind of doubtful about buying it cause of the quality. the price was really really low and normally you get what you pay for. when i received the my order i was surprised cause the quality was better than i thought. thanks!!! i definitely will be a repeat customer.
